Painter. From 1980-1985 he studied at the Faculty of Painting, Graphics and Sculpture at the National School of Fine Arts (now the Academy of Arts and Design) in Wrocław. He received a diploma with distinction under the guidance of professor Wanda Gołkowska. He has had 30 solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad, and has participated in more than 100 collective exhibitions, including the most important generational shows in Poland, like Radical Realism – concrete abstraction in the National Museum in Warsaw (1987), Freshly Painted in Zachęta (1988 ), Diagnosis – paintings of the 90’s in Bunkier Sztuki – Contemporary Art Gallery in Kraków (1996), or Apogee-new expression of the CSW 1987 Torun (2011) or the Generation 80 National Museum in Kraków (2010/11). Laureate of the Minister of Culture and Arts scholarship in 1987. His works are in the collections of the National Museum in Wrocław and Warsaw as well as in private collections.
