We are very happy to invite you to the opening of a ceramic art exhibition by Barbara Trzybulska, titled “I’m not going anywhere”.
The artist studied in 1990-1995 in the Faculty of Ceramics and Glass in Krystyna Cybińska’s studio at the Academy of Arts and Design in Wrocław. She lives and works in Ciepłowody, a little village at the lakes near Wrocław.
I am stuck. I’m not going anywhere.
The world rushes, accelerates,
and I stayed, like my ships stuck in the shallows, in silence, in void.
Clay – a fragile matter. Solidified in fire
it changes, to survive centuries.
And supposedly, nothing lasts forever.
The opening starts on Friday, 20th October at 7pm.
The exhibition will be open from 20.10 – 4.11.2017
