Graduate of the Antoni Kenar’s National Art School in Zakopane and the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.
Received his diploma under the guidance of professor Stanisław Wejman at the copperplate & litography studio, where he works as an associate professor up to date.
In 2013 received his PhD degree for a cycle of prints devoted to The Saragossa Manuscript and Jan Potocki’s biography.
Laureate of numerous awards: D’Ann & Gus’a Mazzocca (1999); Małgorzat & Andrzej Zając Award (1999); Tadeusz Kulisiewicz Award(2000); Print of the Year, 3rd award (2000); 1st Prize in the exlibris competition organised by The Raczynski Library in Poznan (2001); Print of the Year, Grand Prix (2002); Print of the Month, ZPAP, special award (2008); Premio Leonardo Sciascia amateur d’estampes 7th Edition, 2nd award (2013).
He works mainly in metal printing technigues but also drawings. He lives and works in Krakow.
